- 1996 - Started with our own patented product - "Prime-Loc" Remote Fuel Filter System. (2 minute, no mess filter changing)
- 1997 - "Prime-Loc" is the largest selling aftermarket product for Dodge Diesel with 204 North American distributors.
- 1998 - Launched Contract Manufacturing Division (turning, milling & fabricating).
- 2002 - Two (2) joint venture partners in China for increased competitive pricing. (ISO-9002 Certified)
- 2002 - 10,000 sq. ft. building expansion, and increased equipment automation for lower direct labor costs.
- 2003 - New patented golf putter being released to market.
