- PPO Plus 20/40 Plan, with Prescription Drug coverage
- 100% paid by Ash/Tec, Inc.
- Health Insurance coverage is available for employee's dependents, through Capital Blue Cross
- Choice of PPO Plus 20/40 Plan, or HMO 1000 Plan
- 100% Employee Paid, to cover additional family members
- If Employee has coverage available through another source (e.g. spouse), Ash/Tec will reimburse 75% of current cost of single coverage to employee.

Additional Voluntary Life insurance is available for employees, and family members, at employee cost.

- Currently no employer matching funds are available
- Uniforms are supplied by the company after 60 days
- After one year of employment, 50% reimbursement up to $500 per calendar year for pre-approved credit and non-credit courses related to maintaining or improving job related skill.
- Eight paid holidays per year.
- 40 hours after six months of employment. Additional time accrues yearly up to 120 hours/year.
