- Employee only coverage with High Mark Blue Shield insurance. This is a PPO program. Included in program:
- No deductible unless out of network.
- Doctor visit co-pay of $15, then covered 100%.
- Covers hospital expense 100%.
- $15,000.00 life insurance
- Prescription plan with $75 deductible and 20% co-pay.
- Dental, vision, and family plans are available at an additional expense.
- 8 or 9 paid holidays per year depending on which day Christmas falls.
- Full-time employees earn 1 week paid vacation after 6 months and before 18 months, 2 weeks paid vacation after 18 months.
- Each new employee has a normal probationary period of 6 months.
- Health and Holiday benefits start after 60 days.
- Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits.
