Ashland Technologies Delivery Guarantee

Normal turnaround is 3-4 weeks. Actual delivery date will be determined
after purchase order is received. Our order team will try to accept all
reasonable delivery requests. Once a delivery date is agreed upon, you
will receive a Sales Order Acknowledgement that will provide all order
and delivery information. Delivery dates may span over several days if
necessary.

- 1-5 working days - 2% discount on late portion of order
- 6+ working days - 5% discount on late portion of order
- Working Days - Days late are calculated using nationally recognized working days. Weekends and holidays are not used in late day compilation.
- Late Portion of Order - Discounts will only be applied to the portion of the order that is late. One of the major findings of our customer input process was that they rarely needed the entire order on the due date. Partial deliveries will be discounted according the amount in each range.
- Discount only taken from part cost. Shipping charges are not included in discount.

All claims for late delivery discounts must be made in writing within 72
hours of receiving the order. Simply fill out the top portion of form
#006 (attached) and submit it via fax. Discounts will be applied directly
to the invoices for that order, so you will not need to wait to get your
reimbursement.
UPS and common carriers used by Ashland Technologies maintain delivery data
on all packages. This data will be used to settle any delivery date disputes.

Certain exclusions and limitations may apply to individual projects. (Rare material,
extensive finishing/outsourcing requirements, etc.). Any applicable exclusions or
limitations will be identified during initial discussions and will be listed on the
Sales Order Acknowledgement.
Any changes to the order by the customer including design changes or requested
delivery dates may void guarantee.
