In 2009, Ashland Technologies was ranked by American Machinist as one of the top 10 Machine Shops in the U.S.

Bill Wydra was elected as President of the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce. He began his presidency in July 2011, and is leading the change to grow the organization membership by 25%, before July 1, 2012; climbing to over 1,000 members.

Summer 2011 Ashland Technologies sponsored an exhibit at Da Vinci Science Center; where we showcased a Basketball Hoops Game to connect with children. Ashland Technologies was also featured in The Da Vinci Science Center’s I’m a Maker Series – a program focused exclusively on getting people of all ages involved in the exciting and growing field of manufacturing.
